FusionT4 designs, deploys, and operates private AI platforms — AI models on client servers or cloud accounts, API gateways, chat dashboards, and related services such as document search, fine-tuning, and managed operations — and provides managed, self-hosted ERPNext, including hosting, setup, customisation, and integrations. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Fees are quoted per engagement. Deployment projects are invoiced against the milestones in the proposal; managed operations are invoiced monthly in advance. Amounts are in Indian Rupees unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are payable within 15 days. Applicable taxes are added where required by law.

• Provide access to the hardware, cloud accounts, systems, and information the work needs, and keep it current.
• Make sure you have the right to share that data with us for the agreed work.
• Review deliverables and tell us promptly if something is not right.

We treat all client data and business information as confidential, use it only to perform the agreed work, and do not disclose it except as required by law.

Deliverables we produce for you — configurations, deployments, and models trained on your data — belong to you once paid for. Third-party and open-weight models remain under their own licences. Our own methods, internal tools, and software remain ours. Software we publish as open source is governed by the licence published with it.

We take care to deliver reliable work, but AI models can produce inaccurate output, and you are responsible for how their output is used. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may end a managed operations engagement with 30 days' written notice. Deployment projects can be ended as set out in the proposal. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how fees are handled when an engagement ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
